DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON RAUBEX GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("RBXIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Raubex Group
Limited have declared a final dividend of 40 cents per ordinary share payable on
Tuesday, 17 June 2008 to ordinary shareholders and recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 13 June 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, RBXIDA,
will receive a Raubex Group Limited final dividend of 40 cents per security
payable on Tuesday, 17 June 2008 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 6 June 2008.
RBXIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 9 June 2008, and the record date will be
Friday, 13 June 2008.
