UPDATE IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 30 April 2008 and 22 May
2008 and are advised that, due to a back-log at the Companies and Intellectual
Property Office, registration of the special resolution passed at the general
meeting of Simeka shareholders on 22 May 2008 is still pending. Accordingly, the
salient dates and times relating to the change of name will be revised. These
revised salient dates and times will be announced on SENS as soon as possible
after the special resolution has been registered.
