CLARIFICATION OF RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENTS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement titled "REVISED INTERIM RESULTS"
released on SENS on 27 May 2008 and in the press on 28 May 2008. The Audited
Condensed Financial Results for the year ended 29 February 2008 ("2008 year end
results"), which included the revised reviewed interim results for the six
months ended 31 August 2007 of the company, were also released on SENS on 27 May
2008.
It appears as if the "REVISED INTERIM RESULTS" announcement, which was released
after the 2008 year end results, created confusion in the market, and the
company considered it appropriate to clarify the intention with the
abovementioned announcement.
Shareholders are advised that it was only the interim results for the six months
ended 31 August 2007 that were withdrawn and re-issued and NOT the 2008 year end
results. The final results for the year ended 29 February 2008, released on 27
May 2008, are therefore the final results of ACTOWERS for the above period as
approved by the directors and reported on by the auditors of the company.
