Shareholders are advised that the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
29 February 2008 will be posted to shareholders today, Friday, 30 May 2008. The
Annual Financial Statements contain no modifications to the reviewed results of
the company published on the Securities Exchange News Service on Thursday, 8 May
2008.
The Annual Financial Statements were audited by Ernst & Young Inc. whose
unqualified report is available for inspection at the company`s registered
office.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be
held at 11:00 on Wednesday, 23 July 2008 at the registered office of the
company, Woodmead Office Park, 8 Saddle Drive, Woodmead Sandton, to transact
business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting posted to
shareholders today, along with the Annual Report.
