CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, FirstRand advises the
following change to the board:
Mr Kgotso Schoeman has been appointed to the board of FirstRand as a non-
executive director with effect from 29 May 2008. He replaces Mr Yunus Mahomed
who died on 6 January 2008.
Mr Schoeman is the CEO of Kagiso Trust which is a participant in the FirstRand
Empowerment Trust.
