Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of RBA in respect
of the company`s 2007 financial year were distributed on 30 May 2008, and
contain no modifications to the audited results published on SENS on 3 March
2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held at 10:00 on Monday, 23 June 2008 in the boardroom of the company on 11th
floor, Nedbank Corner, 96 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
