Shareholders are advised that the company`s audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 29 February 2008, reflected in the annual report posted on 30
May 2008 are unchanged from the audited results released on SENS on 14 May 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Mazor will be held at
10:00 on Tuesday, 26 August 2008 at the offices of LDM Quantity Surveyors at 25
Hope Street, Cape Town, 8001. The notice of annual general meeting is issued
with the annual report, which contains the annual financial statements of Mazor
for the year ended 29 February 2008.
