2008 will be dispatched to shareholders today and contains no material
modifications to the audited results for that year, which were published on SENS
on 21 May 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
company will be held at Lakeside Building A, 2004 Gordon Hood Drive, Centurion
at 12h00 on Friday, 20 June 2008, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
