Further to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 28 May 2008,
shareholders are advised that an irrevocable offer has been received to acquire
100% of the ordinary shares of PGR17 Investments (Proprietary) Limited. Metmar
holds 21% of PGR17 Investments (Proprietary) Limited which, in turn, holds
56.22% of Mogale Alloys (Proprietary) Limited. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities
until a full announcement is made.
