Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
on 30 May 2008, all of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting sent to shareholders on 8 May 2008 were passed by the requisite majority
of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due
