wholly-owned subsidiary of Raubex, is entitled to sell up to 25% of his
shareholding in Raubex in terms of his lock-in agreement with the Company. Mr
R.J. Fourie has disposed of 576,789 Raubex ordinary shares, which sale is
principally a portfolio re-alignment exercise and represents 12.5% of his
shareholding in Raubex.
