DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Tomnef
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Tomnef") purchased 50 000 Octodec linked units at
R13.00 per linked unit with a total value of R650 000.00 on 29 May 2008.
Octodec`s directors, Alec Wapnick, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
non-beneficially each hold one third of the share capital in Tomnef. Clearance
to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
