CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Monyetla linked unitholders are advised as follows:
* Robert Nicolaas Wesselo has resigned as the Managing Director of the
company from 31 May 2008. Mr Wesselo will remain on the Board in the
capacity as non-executive director;
* Ms Ulana van Biljon has been appointed as the new Managing Director
with effect from 1 June 2008; and
* Ms Jill Meredith Parratt has resigned as the company secretary from 31
May 2008 and Mr Marius Daniel Bosman has been appointed as the new
company secretary with effect from 1 June 2008.
