UGANDA : FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements of 29 January and 13 May 2008 and
are advised that all outstanding conditions to which the acquisition remained
subject have been fulfilled.
The acquisition will now be implemented on the terms as previously announced.
