ANGLO GOLD ASHANTI LTD WARRANT NOTICE
Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
ANGLO GOLD ASHANTI LTD "ANG", regarding the corporate action.
In terms of the rights issue for every 100 ANG shares held, 24.6403 rights will
be received at a subscription price of ZAR194.00 per right.
With regard to this corporate action, the following adjustments will be made to
ANG warrants effective Monday the 2nd June 2008.
