RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR: APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Further to the announcement of 27 March 2008 relating to the resignation and
appointment of the Chief Financial Officer, Noel Doyle resigned as Chief
Financial Officer and as a director of the Company, with effect from 31 May 2008
in order to take up a position as Chief Executive Officer of an unlisted
business venture.
Michael Fleming has assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer and will be
responsible for Investor Relations.
