CHANGE OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, Imuniti is
pleased to advise shareholders of the appointment of Dr. Ramesh Bhoola to the
Board as an independent non -executive director. Dr. Bhoola is a medical doctor
having studied in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. He is a successful
businessman being the founder member and chairperson of Joint Medical Holdings a
400-bed private hospital that has 700 staff members and he has also served on
the boards of various associations. Dr. Bhoola will add substantial value to
the Group and his medical and managerial skills will be valuable in assisting
with the distribution of products through his acquired networks.
