DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE FOS SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for FOSCHINI LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 170 cents per FOSNIB share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 14 July 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 July 2008. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 July 2008 and the record date
will be Friday, 11 July 2008.
