CORPORATION LIMITED ("NHFC")
Sea Kay advises that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sea Kay Engineering Services
(Proprietary) Limited, has entered into a revolving credit facility agreement
with the NHFC in respect of various projects within the Gauteng and Cape Town
areas.
The facility is for R128,3 million at market-related interest rates and is to be
drawn down against progress on construction work on the projects.
