ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ANGIHC- ZAE000115424
Investec Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities (HOT EDS)
As a result of Anglo Gold Ashanti Limited rights issue, ANGIHC has been adjusted
accordingly to leave warrant holders in an equivalent cash position as prior to
the rights issue.
For every 100 ANG holders will receive 24.60403 ANGN
ANG close EX (2 June 2008): 267.10
ANGN close EX (2 June 2008): 74.50
ANG Theoretical close EX (2 June 2008) = (267.10*100 + 74.50*24.60403)/100
= 285.43
The strike price and barrier level has been adjusted to leave ANGIHC with the
same intrinsic as prior to the rights issue.
The following adjustments are made:
