Further to the cautionary announcements dated 26 March 2008 and 7 May 2008,
unitholders are advised that the company is considering an amended proposal
which, if implemented, will result in the merger of Redefine Income Fund
Limited, ApexHi Properties Limited and Madison. Unitholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when trading in the company`s securities until
a further announcement is made.
