FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 26 March and 7 May 2008,
unitholders are advised that the company is considering an amended proposal
which, if implemented, will result in the merger of Redefine, ApexHi Properties
Limited and Madison Property Fund Managers. Unitholders are advised to continue
to exercise caution when trading in the company`s securities until a further
announcement is made.
