RESIGNATION OF GROUP TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR
Nedbank`s director of group technology, Len de Villiers, has resigned from the
group with effect from 31 July 2008.
De Villiers joined Nedbank in January 1993 and has occupied a number of senior
management positions in the areas of operations and technology. He was
appointed to the group`s executive committee in 2003.
Under his leadership, the group technology division has implemented a number of
ambitious projects that are already translating into significant client and
business benefit.
An announcement on a successor will be made closer to the time of De Villiers`
departure.
