Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary resolutions and a special
resolution proposed at the AGM of the company held on Friday, 30 May 2008, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution will
be lodged with the registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property Registration
Office, for registration in due course.
