CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF COMPU-CLEARING
Pursuant to par 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Compu-Clearing hereby
informs shareholders that, in terms of the shareholder agreement between the
Company and The Bidvest Group Limited ("Bidvest"), Mr DK Rosevear will no longer
be representing Bidvest on the board of directors of Compu-Clearing ("the
board") and has been replaced by Mr DE Cleasby. These changes to the board are
effective 4 June 2008.
