RAND VALUE OF THE CASH EQUIVALENT
Holders of the Issuer`s Carbon Credit Notes are referred to the announcement
dated 22 May 2008 setting out the detailed timetable for the conversion of the
Cash Equivalent from US Dollars to South African Rands and the payment of the
Cash Equivalent to note holders.
The Cash Equivalent of US$ 24.17 has been converted by the Issuer into South
African Rands at an ZAR:US$ exchange rate of 7.78:1 resulting in a Rand Value of
R188.04 per Carbon Credit Note.
As previously announced payment of the Cash Equivalent will be credited to a
Holder`s CSDP or broker account in Rands in accordance with the following
timetable:
