A portion of the instruments granted under The Tongaat-Hulett Long Term
Incentive Plan in 2005 vested in May 2008, with the requisite performance
conditions having been met. The vesting of these awards has resulted in a number
of Hulamin ordinary shares being acquired and delivered to the following
directors on 4 June 2008.
