Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a
possible quarterly distribution by Satrix 40 to holders of Satrix 40 securities.

Announcement of distribution amount(if Thursday, 26 June

Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Friday, 27 June
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Monday, 30 June
Record date: Friday, 4 July
No de-materialisation or re-materialisation may take place between Monday, 30
June 2008 and Friday, 4 July 2008, both days inclusive.
