Notice of annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the Company has been convened to be held at the
8th Floor Board room, 820 - 800 West Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia,
on Monday June 30 2008 at 2:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) (11:00 p.m. South African
time).
The Company`s audited annual financial statements, which were released in full
on SENS on 16 May 2008, will be posted to shareholders registered on the South
African register, together with the notice of meeting, today.
