TERMINATION OF NEGOTIATIONS PERTAINING TO THE ACQUISITION OF VERGE MANAGEMENT
SERVICES (PTY) LIMITED ("VERGE") AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
1 Introduction
Dialogue shareholders are referred to the detailed announcement released on SENS
on 11 January 2008 wherein it was announced that Dialogue had entered into an
agreement ("the agreement") to acquire the 50% shareholders` interest of Sibize
International (Pty) Limited that it does not already own and various other
outsourcing agreements (collectively, "the acquisition") from Verge, subject to
the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
As not all the conditions precedent were fulfilled, the agreement has not come
into effect. Being joint shareholders, the parties will continue to work
together to further develop the business and the opportunities it presents.
2 Withdrawal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s shares and accordingly the cautionary announcement issued on 16 May
2008 is hereby withdrawn.
