Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Company for
the year ended 28 February 2008 were posted on Friday, 6 June 2008 and there are
no changes to the abridged annual financial results which were released on SENS
on 6 May 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of SilverBridge will be
held in the boardroom at First floor, Castle View North, 495 Prieska Street,
Erasmuskloof, Pretoria, 0048 at 10:00 on Friday, 4 July 2008. The notice of
annual general meeting is detailed in the annual report, which contains the
abovementioned annual financial statements of the Company.
