INCREASE IN BEE SHAREHOLDING AND DIRECTORS DEALING IN SECURITIES
As part of an initiative to increase the BEE shareholding in Sanyati, Crowie
Holdings (Pty) Limited, a black owned company, has purchased a total of 9 722
222 Sanyati ordinary shares, resulting in a 3% increase in Sanyati`s BEE
shareholding. The Sellers include Archie Rutherford, a director of Sanyati.
In terms of paragraph 3.63 to 3.65 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
