RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT PERTAINING TO THE CLAW
BACK OFFER
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of SecureData held on
Wednesday, 11 June 2008, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting
contained in the circular to shareholders issued on 27 May 2008, all resolutions
were passed by the requisite majorities.
Therefore, further to the announcement dated 5 June 2008 ("the declaration data
announcement"), the claw back offer has become unconditional and the dates
contained in the declaration data announcement are the final dates relating to
the claw back offer. A circular containing details of the claw back offer will
be posted to shareholders on or about Monday, 30 June 2008.
