CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of abe hereby announce the following changes to its
composition:
Mr William Robert George Post has resigned as chairman of the board with
immediate effect. Mr Post will however remain a non-executive director of abe;
Mr Stephen Kopano Mota, non-executive director of abe, will assume the role of
chairman to the board.
The board wishes to express their gratitude and appreciation to Mr Post for his
outstanding contribution to abe`s achievements over the many years and wish him
well for the future. The board similarly wish to extend their congratulations
and best wishes to Mr Mota with his appointment and the concomitant challenges
it will bring.
