CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that the Managing Director, Mr. JD Wright has resigned and will be
leaving the Group with effect from 30 June 2008, to pursue other business
interests. A process has been put in place to identify an appropriate
replacement for Mr Wright. Shareholders will be advised of the progress in due
course.
Shareholders are further advised, that as a result of Mr. Wright`s resignation,
his nomination of Mr. JH Mooney as his alternate on the board of directors shall
similarly fall away as at 30 June 2008.
