Posting of Altron`s annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Altron`s audited consolidated financial results for the year ended 29
February 2008, published on 06 May 2008, the annual report was despatched on 11
June 2008. The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Altron will be held at 09:30
on Tuesday, 15 July 2008 in the Boardroom, Altech Corporate Offices, 79 Central
Street, Houghton, Johannesburg, to transact the business as stated in the notice
of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
