on 22 May 2008 has now been registered by the Companies and Intellectual
Property Office.
Accordingly, the salient dates and times relating to the company`s change of
name will be as follows:
Last day to trade under the name "Simeka Business Friday, 20 June
Solutions Limited" on
Trade under the new name "Simeka Business Group Monday, 23 June
Limited" on
Record date Friday, 27 June
The change of name will not result in a change to the company`s JSE code, ISIN
number or short name.
