REGISTRATION OF ORDER OF COURT
Resilient and Diversified linked unitholders are referred to the announcement
released on SENS on 11 June 2008 and are advised that the Order of Court
sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in terms of section 311 of the Companies
Act (Act No. 61 of 1973), as amended ("the scheme"), proposed by Resilient
between Diversified and its linked unitholders, has been registered by the
Registrar of Companies. Accordingly, all conditions precedent to the scheme have
been fulfilled.
The salient dates regarding the implementation of the scheme remain as set out
in the announcement released on SENS on 10 June 2008 and published in the press
on 11 June 2008.
