CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF BSI
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
notification is hereby given of the resignation of Ethan Dube as non-executive
director, due to business commitments.
Butana Khoza (B Com, PG, Dip (Accounting) CA (SA)) is appointed in his place as
the new non-executive director with Mark Anderson (B com (Hons), CA (SA)) as an
alternate to Butana Khoza with immediate effect.
Butana sits on the board of various companies and has a wealth of experience in
asset management products. Mark has experience in Human Relations and also
serves on the board of various companies.
The directors of BSI would like to thank Ethan for the contribution he has made
to the company and wish him success in the future, and welcome Butana and Mark
to the board and look forward to a long and valued working relationship.
