CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Nick Serfontein has decided to step down as CEO of the company. The need for a
full time CEO and the fact that he is unable to devote all his time to the
company, as a result of other business commitments, resulted in this decision.
He will, however, remain as a non-executive director of the company and will be
involved in the growth strategy thereof as well as the identification and
negotiation of suitable acquisitions. He will also be involved in the
restructuring and monitoring of any such acquisitions.
The position of full time CEO will be filled by Thomas Hill, currently a non-
executive director. He was the promoter of the acquisition of the Best Cut
businesses and their subsequent listing in January 2008, utilising the Integrear
Limited cash shell.
These changes are effective immediately.
