CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Joe Kieser has resigned as a non-executive director of the
Company with effect 13 June 2008.
The Board wishes to thank Joe for his valuable contribution over the years and
wishes him well.
