REUNERT AND PSG UNDO JOINT VENTURE IN QUINCE CAPITAL
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 5 February 2008
wherein it was announced that Reunert Limited and PSG had agreed to end
their joint participation in Quince Capital Holdings Limited ("Quince
Unwinding"). As per the aforesaid announcement, the Quince Unwinding was
subject to the finalisation of formal agreements, as well as shareholder and
regulatory approvals (to the extent required).
PSG hereby advises shareholders that the Quince Unwinding is no longer
unconditional and has been implemented in full.
