WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENTS
William Tell shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements
relating to the businesses of Magnaboard SA (Pty) Limited and Formalchem SA
(Pty) Limited ("the businesses").
William Tell shareholders are advised that, after conducting a thorough due
diligence investigation, William Tell has withdrawn from the negotiations as
the proposed acquisition of the businesses would not be in the best interests
of the company and its shareholders.
Accordingly, William Tell shareholders are advised that they no longer need
to exercise caution when dealing in their William Tell shares and that the
cautionary announcements previously published are hereby withdrawn.
