CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of
directors of Simeka:
Bashier Adam has been appointed as an Executive Director.
Bashier was the founder of SAB&T Ubuntu Holdings Limited. He has played an
instrumental role in the development of the company and is the driving force
behind the group`s expansion. Bashier serves as Deputy Regional Chairman of
Nexia International, one of the 10 largest business advisory networks in the
world, representing the Africa Middle East Region, and serves on a number of
boards and committees in areas relating to governance and development in the
accounting profession.
Nishani Singh has been appointed as an Executive Director
Nishani completed her training with SAB&T Ubuntu Limited, before taking the
decision to make management and business consulting her career. She has been
with the company for 11 years and has been instrumental in the growth of the
management consulting division of the firm, through the development and
maintenance of a number of strategic partnerships.
