Dividend declaration
Notice is hereby given that a dividend of 4 cents per ordinary share has been
declared in respect of the financial year end 29 February 2008.
In accordance with the settlement procedures of Strate, Intertrading has
determined that the last date to trade to participate in the year end dividend
shall be Friday 4 July 2008. The shares will commence trading ex-dividend from
Monday, 7 July 2008, and the record date will be Friday, 11 July 2008. Dividends
will be paid on Monday, 14 July 2008.
Share certificates may not be dematerialised, or rematerialised, between Monday,
7 July 2008 and Friday, 11 July 2008, both days inclusive.
