Voluntary announcement with regards to the status of the proposed disposal by
Metmar of its 21% interest in PGR 17 Investments (Proprietary) Limited
Metmar shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published on
28 May 2008 and 30 May 2008 and the announcement published on 2 June 2008 that
contained details of the proposed disposal by Metmar of its 21% interest in PGR
17 Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("the Transaction") and shareholders are
advised to continue to exercise caution as indicated in the above mentioned
announcements.
The Transaction is progressing satisfactorily and the parties are still engaged
in discussions with regards to the financial guarantees to be lodged by Kermas
Limited.
