Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 26 March 2008, 7
May 2008 and 3 June 2008 and are advised that, as Redefine is no longer in
discussions in relation to a potential merger with ApexHi Properties Limited and
Madison Property Fund Managers Holdings Limited, caution is no longer required
to be exercised by unitholders when dealing in their Redefine securities.
