In compliance with Rule 3.59 (c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
It was announced at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 11 June 2008
that, with immediate effect, David Robins would be retiring from his executive
position in the Company due to ill health. However, until further notice Mr
Robins will remain on the Board of Directors as Deputy Chairman but in a non-
executive capacity.
The Board thanks David for his many years of dedicated service to the Company
and wishes him a speedy recovery to full health.
