CHANGE IN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of WBHO`s long-term succession planning, Mike Wylie will step down as
chief executive officer in favour of Louwtjie Nel with effect from 1 July 2008
but will remain on the board as chairman. It is expected that Louwtjie Nel will
be appointed to the board of WBHO in due course.
Louwtjie Nel (BSc Civil Engineering) is currently a director of WBHO
Construction (Pty) Limited and has 23 years service with the group.
