DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE REM SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for REMGRO
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
REMGRO LIMITED (REM) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 330 cents per REMNID share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 18 August 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 8 August 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11
August 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 15 August 2008.
